• Students are expected to attend all classes as scheduled.

• Punctuality is key – students must arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins.

• Students must respect instructors, fellow students, and all equipment provided.

• Disruptive behavior, foul language, or bullying will not be tolerated.

• Maintain a positive and cooperative learning attitude at all times.

3. Device Usage

• School computers and internet access are strictly for educational purposes.

• Students are not allowed to visit unauthorized websites, play games, or install any software without permission.

• No personal devices (phones, tablets, flash drives) may be connected without supervision.

4. Hygiene & Dress Code

• Students must come to class neat, well-dressed, and presentable.

• Proper hygiene should be maintained to ensure a healthy learning environment.

5. Learning Materials

• All notebooks, pens, assignments, and handouts must be brought to class daily.

• Students should complete assignments and exercises as instructed.

6. Safety and Equipment Care

• Handle all computers and accessories with care and responsibility.

• Any form of damage or mishandling may lead to disciplinary action or payment for replacement.

7. Participation & Assessment

• Active participation in practicals, quizzes, and discussions is encouraged.

• Performance will be monitored through tasks and tests, which contribute to the final evaluation.

8. Certification

• Certificates will be awarded only to students who complete the full program, attend at least 85% of classes, and meet performance expectations.

9. Parental Involvement (For Minors)

• Parents/guardians must provide emergency contact information.

• They are encouraged to support and monitor their child's learning journey at home.

10. Disciplinary Measures

• Any breach of the above rules may result in warnings, suspension, or withdrawal from the program, depending on the severity.
